Check out our updated RoC Starter Decks

New, updated Starter Decks featuring cards from Roots of Corruption are coming to Board Game Arena. If you haven’t tried the new set since it released a few weeks ago, now’s the perfect time. 

We went back to the original builders of the 27 Starter Decks that were chosen through one of our first community votes and asked if they wanted to add some of the new RoC cards. Some decks have a new look while others preferred to keep their original decklist. 

We also worked on three brand-new Starter Decks featuring the heroes introduced in RoC: Gretel, Sam and Yeong-gi all have their own decks playable on BGA. The decks were built through the work of three builders who placed well in the first Starter Decks contest, four winners of our RoC Demo Deck Tournament and three other consultants. Thank you Rinku, Cernnunos, Vader_MIB, Arthour, CoraSan, Fantomat, Wezbeth, Nora, ElWiwi and Marc - The Hatter for the decklists.

The decks used in our RoC Demo Deck Tournament were created by Equinox to show off the new mechanics in the set. The new Starter Decks follow the other 27 that are available, built with a selection of cards from up to the first six sets to make the hero shine. The decks also make a great starting point to build your own custom deck.
